Since winning the Miss Junior America competition at 19, Coach Alexia Vernon has been speaking to audiences of 1 to 1000 and has partnered with thousands of executives, managers, professionals, business owners, educators, and students to help them find their powerful message and speak it confidently and compellingly with those who need to hear it most.

• Explore strategies for speaking successfully across communication context

• Identify and eliminate your individual barriers to communication success
  

• Uncover the 3 most common types of speeches and how to adapt your message for each

• Leave with an outline for a keynote speech or presentation

• Awaken to your authentic communication style and strengthen your speaking and listening abilities through a range of fun, fear-busting hands-on exercises
